: (1) The fund should send the research contribution in writing to the concerned liquidator within seven days from the date of determining the research contribution amount to be received by the fund from the secured member organization that has gone into financial liquidation, liquidation or liquidation.
(2) If written in accordance with sub-section (1), the concerned liquidator shall, regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, pay the amount paid by the fund to the depositor out of the maximum amount that the protected member institution has to pay to its depositors.
(3) The concerned liquidator shall pay the liability under sub-section (2) of section 35 when the fund is admitted to the fund in accordance with sub-section (2).
(4) All the expenses incurred in connection with the research process will be kept on the same priority as the expenses of Nepal Rastra Bank or the liquidator.
(5) The fund shall claim the different amount of transferred liabilities and assets from the liquidator with the same recognition and priority as the deposit in custody.
(6) If the action proposed by the financial liquidator in the report submitted to the Nepal Rastra Bank regarding asset recovery is contrary to the interest of the fund, the fund can complain to the Nepal Rastra Bank against the financial liquidator.
